Positive: Beds were comfortable
Negative: If you book this property you need to be aware it's one very large room on the top of a business in a field by a noisy major road with constant traffic and in particular trucks. It also has very steep stairs if you are not that agile to bring up bags etc and it has a very large internal (always illuminated) exit sign above the door, so if you are a light sleeper it's an issue. The roof did not appear to have any insulation, so even with the mobile air-conditioner its still hot, as its only designed for a small room not for one extra large room.
Summary: Disappointing, there are many other accomodation better options nearby

Positive: Large, open suite with multiple windows, full-scale kitchen, nice bathroom (single stall shower-no tub). The unit is on the second floor of a stand alone business. There are no other units. It is very private while being close to the highway. Near the roundabout. Lot's of parking. Within walking distance to a cafe and grocery shopping. The TV has all sorts of broadcasters available at no additional charge. The Internet is quick. The local host was quick to respond.
Negative: I have no complaints. Being standalone was not an issue for me.
Summary: One night or several nights. Great stay.
