Our finca is located in the mountains near Aguilas with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. A great place in the middle of nature to relax. The finca stands on a 50 000 m2 natural plot in a nature reserve with a great wildlife. The house is surrounded by beautiful terraces and gardens. The large pool (9 x 4.5 m) is located in the raised courtyard and invites you to great relaxing hours. The sea and the beaches are just 13 minutes by car. And to the port city of Aguilas 20 minutes. In the vicinity there are some restaurants and bars, which offer a very good kitchen.
The finca can accommodate up to 8 people plus a cot, if required.
Two bedrooms each with double bed.
One bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bed (135 cm wide)
And a sofa bed in the living area (for one person)

Summary: We were very excited to visit this property and selected it based on the generous pool and outdoor seating areas, we simply wanted to float around in the pool all week and have a BBQ or two. Unfortunately on the very first day i messaged the owners to see if we could check out and find alternative accommodation. The reason being by mid day we had two of our party stung by wasps in the pool and it had become apparent there were nests all over the place - to the point the pool was unusable and so was the outdoor seating areas (the two reasons we chose this house). To put into perspective, we own a fruit farm and are no strangers to a wasp or two but there was around 200 in the pool area at all times during sun hours, we then attempted to use the front of the villa but again after 2 minutes of any food or drink outside the wasps were all over you. The house keeper did attend to set up beer traps but they had zero effect on the sheer number of wasps, when we were searching for something for the stings we discovered several cans of wasp spray in the villa so assume this is an ongoing issue. We were forced into staying as the owner only offered us 30% refund (wanted 70% for 1 night) which wasn't enough to cover a local hotel or property, essentially we paid a lot of money just to sleep in the finca as we had to drive to the beach each day just so we could sunbath and stay cool. The owners reply to the wasp nests all over the villa were "its nature". In summary - if you want to use a pool or sit outside this property is not for you. If you have small children or anyone allergic to wasps then definitely stay away. To clarify i have never left a single negative review however on this occasion we were robbed of simple pleasures purely because the wasp infestation. I appreciate this is not the owners fault however they refused to acknowledge there is a problem so i must warn anyone else looking at the Finca. If there were no wasp problem the Finca would be great, however it's unusable as it is.

Summary: Very beautiful Finca. The house was really very clean when we arrived and everything you need was there. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is situated in a very quiet but really very beautiful surrounding. Outside the house, there are many cosy places to enjoy the sun. The contact with Tatiana (owner) was very pleasant and she was really helpful. We enjoyed every day of our Holliday in the finca.

Summary: We wanted a holiday away from the crowds and this was just perfect. It is fairly easily accessed from the main road with just a short drive on a gravel track. The views of the surrounding hills and sea in the distance are fantastic and the only neighbours are in the distance. Outside space has plenty of shade which is ideal for eating and relaxing as well as a superb pool area. Inside is cool and well equipped, in particular the kitchen. The superb beaches are about 20 minutes away, are many and varied and at the time we visited, the beginning of June, were uncrowded. It is a more local resort than others in Spain with very friendly people. Tatiana kept in touch throughout and met us on arrival. On departure the manager Pedro made the checkout a simple event. Highly recommended if you don't want to be in amongst the action.

Summary: Comfortable house, great location in the mountains, awesome pool, fully equiped kitchen, nice curvy roads to reach the finca (maybe nog the first time in the dark), good location to Aguilas, Murcia, Cartagena, and secret tip Cabo de Palos for great beach and nice beach bar
