Positive: Very nice finca in Canarian style with pretty rooms, a small pool and a garden to relax. I enjoyed my time here - though the hard pillows gave me rough nights but I would even return. It is a very authentic place for a good price.

Positive: Nicely, for us, away from the mass tourism. Quiet and peaceful ( also means minimal facilities at your fingertips, you need to walk/drive a bit, albeit not far)
Negative: Parking is a bit tight and we had a big car, but just a tiny thing.

Positive: We liked it all. The house, the garden, the pool, the silence. In fact, we feel like home. Our host gave us very good advice concerning the restaurants in the area, which are the interesting points to be visited, or the where are the best places for swimming. I advise all those who will visit Tenerife to choose Finca Paraiso as a place to stay.

Positive: Nice accomodation in quiet location out of town. Rental car is advisable. The apartment is equipped like a private flat and has everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to a small selection of books. We even had a foot massage bath, which we didn´t try though. We also very much appreciated the resident gekko in the room, who caught the mosquitoes for us =). The apartment comes with a small private terrace, which is however not very inviting. The common pool area and garden are quite small, but very well kept and probably very nice to pass an afternoon or two (for which we didn´t have the time sadly). Our host Jose was very kind and helpful - we never met him personally, but the communication via WhatsApp was quick, nice and easy (as was the check-in). He also sent us very good restaurant recommendations. We didn´t book the breakfast option.
Negative: My husband noticed an unpleasant smell in the apartment, I however can not confirm (maybe his nose is more sensitive). The advertisement on booking said that the private bathroom was equipped with a whirlpool bathtub - this is not true, it only has a shower with a cabin which was rather tight. I also did not see a hot tub, which was mentioned in the description on booking as well.
Summary: Nice apartment with very good value for the money.

Positive: It was like home! :) We liked the tranquility, the village-like living, fresh homemade bread at the door in the morning, spaciousness and view over the sea. It was really calm and pleasant location and great place to discover north of Teneriffe! Owner was heartful too.
Negative: The water in the pool was extremely cold, but yeah, it is winter time in the north so it is better to dip in the sea in December as it is a bit warmer :)
