Positive: I must admit that even after two stays at Fincas Panaca, I still find them to be very enjoyable. What I did not anticipate, though, was that Finca Herreria 10 turned out to be an incredible, beyond-home experience in every aspect. Let me open by saying that when I plan a family trip, I search for safe locations, accommodations, privacy, comfort, cleanliness, and relaxation. Hotels and finca hotels offer comparable services in the region; however, it is volume-based, with shared public areas and equipment, and it might periodically become inefficient or unavailable. Being aware of this and to avoid, I researched for Fincas Panaca again. There were several layouts to pick from, but Finca Herreria 10 stood out in terms of additional alternatives compared to others. Once the booking was made, I received email confirmations and a personal welcome WhatsApp message from Ms. Johanna, your hostess, presenting herself and being available to assist you in every need prior to and during your stay. During the following days, Ms. Johanna was able to do a follow-up on our needs, provided a โ€œFinca Herreria 10 linkโ€ with knowledgeable, useful and beneficial information about the finca layout, the various locations to visit in the region, such as parks, restaurants, available discounts, directions and services. Receiving this link was incredibly valuable because it was not offered to us the first time; therefore, we missed out on some interesting places during our visit. The information provided will assist you in organizing your schedule to visit the various locations in the region during your stay. Positive: The house was comfortable and ample for the number of people staying. The ladies in charge were helpful and willing to help us with our requests. Their cooking was great. Communication with the owner was also very good, and she helped us complete other tourist bookings.
Negative: We would recommend having sheets as well as blankets on the beds as it could get quite warm.

Positive: This property is amazing, the staff Claudia helps us with everything she cooks delicious and she is very nice all ways on time and very professional. The owner Johanna also very nice super host all ways asking if we need anything else and very helpful
Negative: The weather is very hot, but thatโ€™s not Herreria 10โ€™s fault just dress comfortable and Light clothes and you will be fine.

Positive: We really enjoyed all the amenities including the pool and volleyball. The space was very homely, and we settled in very quickly. Adriana was very helpful, friendly and approachable, and the host was very responsive and organised.
Negative: We didn't like the strictness of the restrictions of having guests visit, as the window is 2-8pm and guests aren't allowed to use facilities like the hot tub and pool.
