Summary: Nice quiet place on the river, stayed here for 8 nights and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. Kim was very helpful I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Summary: The home was so clean. Smelled wonderful. Had everything we needed. So grateful for the bath so as i had forgotten mine. Nice neighborhood to walk my dog. Didn't know it was a duplex but thankful we had awesome neighbors. We give it a 10 out of 10

Summary: We stayed at Fins to the Right to be close to family. The place was clean and had a nice view of the river - because of family plans and the weather we weren’t able to use the kayaks and river access, but enjoyed the location and Kim’s hospitality.

Summary: Property was clean and quiet with direct access to an offshoot of the Blackwater river. We were able to kayak right out of the property. It was also conveniently located to Blackwater State park and State Forest. Kim was great....super helpful and responsive.

Summary: The duplex is located on the Blackwater River, it was very peaceful and quiet. The property was clean and well-kept. Kim, the manager, was helpful with recommendations of restaurants. We would have enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the river, but the weather would not cooperate. We would stay there again if we are back in Milton.
