Fiore Penthouse is a unique experience.
The apartment is 80 square meters, plus a private 70 square meter terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen, a 6-person table and a small living room, a large sea-view terrace equipped for eating outside, a second small balcony with the washing machine. The penthouse can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with all comforts: kitchen with oven, wifi, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Linen and towels are provided. Located in a strategic position, just a few meters from the beach and countless restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacy and characteristic Sardinian shops. A large supermarket is 400 meters away. Parking is free in the surrounding area and it is not difficult to find one even in the hottest summer periods. The location is fantastic. In 1 minute you are on the beach. Passing through the famous 'ramblas' of Alghero you arrive in 5 minutes on foot to the city walls, where the small historic center begins. The terrace is very private (no building nearby) and the view is really beautiful, especially at sunset. The building is exposed to the wind so there is never heat in the summer. The penthouse is always exposed to light and is very bright.

Summary: Lovely penthouse apartment in a great location, a few minutes stroll to beach and supermarket. Great air conditioning which was needed during heatwave. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Lovely views. Was sorry to leave. (There is no lift so not suitable if anyone has mobility issues)

Summary: The apartment is exactly like the photos, very modern, clean, quite large and a beautiful view. It was well equipped with everything you needed and it felt like home from home. Location was brilliant, good restaurants and coffee shop just a minutes walk away, large supermarket 5 mins and the seafront 2 mins walking. The sea is actually 70 metres from the flat, amazing! Our stay in Alghero has been fantastic. Raffaele gave us a lot of suggestions and we spent great time in his flat.

Summary: Very clean and bright apartment with high ceilings and ultra modern kitchen and bath. Huge terrace overlooking the sea and over rooftops with ample outdoor furniture. It was a l5 minute walk to Algero's center and 2 minutes walk to a beach that was not crowded. Parking was along the streets nearby and the bus one block away. There are lots of steps to the apartment ; we are in our 60's so we tried to go up and down only once or twice a day. We decided it was our exercise routine! There are plenty of restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. Alghero is a delight; don't miss the cave. We had a great stay and Raff was very accommodating.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for 4 nights, and the apartment lived up to expectations. Clean, spacious and well located. Raefelle was very helpfull both when we were booking and guiding us by phone, on our arrival, as our flight was delayed. Flavia was there to greet us, despite the time. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Alghero at this unit, enjoying a seamless holiday. The unit is wonderful, just renovated with modern and high quality furniture and services, and lot of room. The location is excellent, just minutes walking distance from the beach. At the last floor of the building it has got a large terrace with stunning views on waters and Capo Caccia, the major landmark of Alghero Coast. The landlord was discreet and helpful satisfying any needs we had. He is a local bloke and gave us excellent tips on what to visit and where to dine. We will certainly come back next year!
