Positive: Loved the large dining table, great for games! The backyard was spacious, another great place for games. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. The kitchen and the bathrooms were well stocked. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store nearby. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.
Negative: There were lots of bees in the wall outside, behind the dishwasher. The cabinet door on the vanity in the upstairs bathroom is falling off, as well as the light in the downstairs bathroom. The dryer vent might need to be cleared as it took a really long time to dry a load of clothes.

Positive: Located in an area that was quiet but had a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Nice mall and outlets about 15 minutes away. Property owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly. The house had plenty of space and was clean. There is a TV and a desk in every bedroom. Close to Charleston—about 35 minutes. And close to the beach—about 45 minutes.
Negative: We stayed a whole month and used the kitchen. We could have used metal spatulas, a large serving spoon without slots, and more spoons and forks. The weather was very nice and I would have liked a screen on the back sliding door. Traffic outside of the development is heavy.
Summary: Lovely property. I would stay again.

Negative: Needs major upgrades around the home such as the bathroom and more. Also need stronger Wi-Fi that will accommodate 8 guests because couldn’t really work via my laptop because 5 others was had access.

Positive: It’s very quiet location but a little old property (still looks good though), also it’s like 40 min drive from it to Charleston downtown.
Negative: The bathroom on the second floor is shared between 2 bedrooms. We stayed there with another family and it was not a good surprise.

Positive: The convenience shopping like groceries and restaurants were close by. Property is nice and comfortable.
Negative: Property was nice and well taken care of just could not figure out how to cut laundry room light off. LOL No switch so just unscrew the bulb.
Summary: Nice neighborhood and very quiet, short drive to down town. Will be added to my favorite list to stay.

Positive: The house is older, but it was neat and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was perfect for the events we had planned. We loved the outdoor area and the firepit and the host provided plenty of wood for burning. The only issue we had was that we were required to start the dishwasher before leaving, but there was no dishwasher detergent. For the price we paid to stay, I didn't feel obligated to buy some. Overall, everyone enjoyed the accommodations. We would stay here again.
Negative: No dishwasher detergent.
