Summary: Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills to be as attentive as you’d expect at this price point. Very laid back and seemed geared towards a much younger crowd. A disappointment as we expected better service. At check in, requested the room to be cleaned daily,but it was only cleaned once out of 4 nights stayed. 5 star pricing without the service component will not bode well over time. We wouldn’t recommend for the price.

Summary: The promotional materials never mentioned there were no televisions. WiFi service was atrocious. Food service was completely substandard. More than not items on the menu were not available. One morning we joked that the second page of the breakfast menu may not be available the following day and to our surprise and laughter the second page of the menu was removed. We were not told about steak specials, decaf coffee was available only one day. These are simply a few of the issues. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Summary: An absolutely beautiful place to stay at . the food was amazing and honestly it felt like eating as a great restaurant the rooms are beautiful with all the comfort you can expect except there is no TV although there are some at the bar… the swimming pool is heated and very clean and huge . a real pleasure. There is a need for gym but other than that, we had an amazing stay and would be recommending this property to anyone

Summary: Property was beautiful and the rooms were gorgeous. Food was delicious. However, the service in the 1 dining area was hit or miss - on a busy night, we waited for over 20 minutes and then eventually got the bartender to serve us.

Summary: Yes they welcome pets. I did have pet hair on my clothes from a previous person with a dog. We did not have a pet The bar was perfect,dinner delicious.
