Summary: We were initially put into a different room due to an overbooking issue, but once we were moved to the correct room the stay was wonderful. Very clean, quiet and spacious. We will go back.

Summary: I wanted to get away and disconnect. Do some hiking and exploring with the dog. The dog friendly suite at the Inn at Bank Street fit the bill. Room was larger than expected. Property is conveniently located downtown Randolph with plenty of access to quiet neighborhoods to walk the dog. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Summary: The property is unique and clean. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but short drive to Ellicottville. We drove an hour and a half up to Letchworth State Park. Very cool place. We had a scare as we received no check in instructions and couldn't get in, but got a quick email response upon contacting owner.

Summary: About two weeks prior to my trip I made reservations to stay here Saturday night of presidents day weekend. Friday afternoon on my way towards the area I got an email from the owner saying the room was double booked and then offered me an air mattress. Although this is a nice gesture, it doesn't help in the middle of February during a holiday weekend. With the use of the internet there really isn't an excuse to double book a room and at the very least they should have known more than 24 hours in advance. I understand mistakes do happen but please double check with the owner before heading to the property!

Summary: They nailed the things that are most important to us, cleanliness, comfortable bed, value for the money and good location. The check in process was a little clunky, I never received the email with the information, but I got a quick response when I contacted the owner. It would have been nice to have more in the way of kitchen supplies - dishcloth, towels, drainer and a sharp knife or two. Overall, the positives far outweighed any negatives, and I would recommend this to others or book it again myself, if we were going to be in the area.
