Positive: Upper level room has a good view of s magnificent setting. The traffic noise is high but it is worth the quiet sunrise in the morning. Staff is offsite but exceptionally responsive in real time.

Positive: the location was great and easy to access; check in/check out were easy. the room was lovely and VERY comfortable. Lake Tahoe was accessible across the street.

Negative: There was no ice machine to use and no staff to ask questions.

Positive: We had a beautiful view of the lake from our room and it was a short drive to nearby restaurants. The lake is right across the street too. Also, the hot tub was a nice perk, especially at night.

Negative: There was some miscommunication with the cleaning crew and they were in the room when we arrived and came in before we checked out. The cleaning crew was very nice and friendly though.

Positive: Check-in was completed online, which was very convenient. The staff stayed in touch throughout and kindly allowed us to upgrade our room at the last minute, which was fantastic. We upgraded to a lake-view room, and I highly recommend it—the view was absolutely beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious. Being able to take a bath after a long day was a lovely bonus. There was also a washing machine and dryer on the property, which was really helpful during our stay.

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like. We hope to return to Lake Tahoe someday, and we would definitely stay at Firelite Lodge again. We would highly recommend it to anyone.
