Our whole house rental includes 3 bedrooms and two baths. Garage bay available - walk right into the kitchen - for your convenience. Game Room in basement with Pool Table, Foosball, small Air Hockey Table and Basketball Arcade. Central to Vermont's 4 season enjoyment - Lake Champlain, Mount Mansfield, Burlington's Church Street, the EXPO - Champlain Valley Fair Grounds events and the Essex Experience with brewery, eateries including Bramble and Black Flannel, a movie theater and outdoor music. Other attractions are Stowe, Ben & Jerry's Factory Tours, VT Teddy Bear and Shelburne Museum, to name a few. One guest said, “The house was ideally appointed with nightlights, auto lights, flashlights in drawers. The beds, pillows, and sheets were lovely and bedcover options were ideal. Bathrooms were updated. The kitchen has just about everything you'd need. The refrigerator is large; ice is readily available. Cooking was easy. It’s a well equipped kitchen. Coffee pot and Keurig options and a coffee grinder. There's an outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs around a gas fire pit in a private backyard. There's also a grill and table for outdoor eating and cooking. We did not grill by choice. There's a game room downstairs with lots of fun options. There are two washing machines and dryers. The neighborhood offers endless walking options. There are even trails in the woods that connect to some of the neighborhoods. Restaurants and food shopping options are nearby. The keypad entry option to the house is simple and ideal. The setting of the house is lovely with a view of the woods from most windows, private yet not isolated. There's a wide paved driveway and an option to use one Bay in the two-car garage. You can access the kitchen from the garage. The owner asked if there was any improvement we could recommend and we had to think long and hard for a minor recommendation. We are two couples that often travel together and often use temporary home rentals. I highly recommend this home!”

Summary: We are a family of 4 with 2 small children and stayed over New Years for Skiing. The house is the perfect size and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the well-stocked kitchen! The push button fire place is a nice feature for chilly nights. The kids enjoyed the fusbol, air hockey and Basketball game in the basement. Garage access to the kitchen is very convenient on snowy days. Would definitely come back!

Summary: Last year I told my husband I wanted a "Hallmark" Christmas. (we live in FL) I know from growing up in the north you can't be guaranteed snow at Christmas but it's much colder than FL so, I started looking for a place that was in our time zone & found Beth & Greg's place in VT. The online description of the home & location sounded perfect for what I was looking for, the only thing I needed to complete it would be snow. So, I booked it. My husband's cousin & husband also went. From the moment I booked the stay Beth was in immediate communication with me and answered all/any questions we had prior to arrival. We arrived the Monday before Christmas and it was amazing, they had snow! The house was everything as described, we even had the pleasure of meeting Beth in person! They had a real Christmas tree in the living room w/several beautiful decorations on it! She had left us some snacks and a wonderful welcome gift of local maple syrup, pancake mix and a bottle of wine. Totally unnecessary, but very thoughtful & much appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to make and serve small or large family dinners. The grocery store was easy to locate, about 12-15 min drive from the home. Everything we wanted to do was well within an hour drive of the house. We definitely recommend this home if it want to visit Vermont!! Thank you Beth & Greg for our wonderful holiday stay!!

Summary: We were visiting Vermont for 5 days from our home in Colorado to enjoy the leaves changing and to enjoy all the fun things to do in the Burlington area. The house is centrally located to all the scenic byways as well as to hiking trails, train rides, sunset cruises and other outdoor activities. The home was in excellent conditions and very clean. The hosts were great to work with and were always very responsive to any questions we had, they even offered us information and travel brochures without being asked. The beds were very comfortable, the outdoor firepit was a nice touch for happy hours, and the games in the basement were very entertaining. We would recommend this home to anyone interested in a nice vacation experience.

Summary: This was a girls’ getaway trip (Thursday-Monday) for me, my sister and our four adult daughters. The house was about as perfect for us as we could have imagined. Everything was clean and well labeled. Anything we could have imagined needing (kitchen ware, games, “junk” drawer, information in a binder, bathroom supplies, and more) was there. Our plans were to visit Stowe, Waterbury, Burlington and Shelburne during the day so the house served as our home away from home. We enjoyed one evening by the fire pit and spent our last night having happy hour and dinner on the deck. Beth’s communications were friendly and helpful - we knew she was there for us if we needed her, but we didn’t, since everything was perfect. This visit was a “one and done” for us, so we probably won’t be back, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area.
