This ground floor level condo is just the place to vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom is the attached studio unit. It has two Queen size beds along with a private bathroom. Enjoy a full size kitchen along with a kitchenette in the studio unit.
Our condo is located in the Pilot House building in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin FL. The village features more than a dozen shops, stunning boutiques and both casual and upscale dining. There are always nightly events in the common area including concerts and movies on the lawn. Sandestin has 72 holes of golf, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and many family activities. Baytowne offers access to beaches on both the gulf and bayside. The beach is approximately a mile or so on the other side of Hwy 98.

Summary: This was the perfect property for our family of 4. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. We loved that we could just walk out the door to all the restaurants and activities at the Wharf. While the tram is available we took our car to the beach bc is was so close and easy. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Sandestin.

Summary: Great location for a family to just walk right into Baytowne Village! Pool was nice and it was nice to have a parking garage! The unit was clean, but quite noisy around us. Sleep fans helped at night! Pack towels, shampoo, and keurig coffee cups! All things we had very little of!

Summary: The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was so convenient for my crew to simply walk out the front door to do all the things we wanted. Rented bikes one day and took the tram to the beach another. Love the vibes at Baytowne Wharf! Gina was excellent to work with. We will be back!

Summary: Walk right to shops ( we went during Christmas for all the activities super easy no elevators ) I had a stroller and bags and it made it simple for my family , squeaky clean , owner responsive with text and on it Everything perfect

Summary: The location of your condo was perfect for walking to restaurants, bars and shopping. We were impressed with the cleanliness upon entering the condo for the first time. The private patio was ideal for spending special time with our friends. The pool and all the area around the pool were beautiful and relaxing, We wil definitely be back.
