Positive: The staff were exceptional--friendly and helpful. The location was good in that the tram line A was right next to the hotel but while walkable, the location is also outside the historic downtown area. At reception we received great information (including a map) of where to go and what to check out in the city.
Negative: Our booking through booking.com included breakfast and dinner. I had confirmed this via the msg'ing prior to arrival. However, on arrival, no one in the restaurant or at reception was aware of this offer which created frustration. It was taken care of. The restaurant breakfast was consistently good. The same options were available each day. The dinner had some good options but food was more basic and less consistently good. For instance, the dish of the day (salmon) was really good but the flank steak on the menu was extremely overcooked and tough (ordered medium rare and received well done. The service in the restaurant was also inconsistent--depending on if there were large groups in the restaurant that evening we would either have prompt service or very slow, gapped service (for instance, one night we waited 20 minutes to get our desserts once our dinner plates were cleared and another night it was less than 5 minutes).
Summary: Mixed review--inconsistency made it hard to relax and enjoy our stay

Positive: Spacious room and amazing bed. Modern and newly built, beautiful decor. Location is incredibly convenient to explore the city day and night. The hotel is very modern as well, fully fitted with all sorts of ammenities, gym, you name it.

Positive: Modern Decor was quite unusual and very well done. Staff were absolutely excellent, friendly and helpful. Very Nice room. Secure parking on site.
Negative: Google directions to the hotel not updated for a recent change of the street to one-way. Hotel can be hard to spot as signage is minimalistic.

Positive: Arjun the person who checked us in was extremely friedly and welcomed us with open arms
Negative: There weren't enough tables for everone who wanted to have breakfast. In our case there were 8 family members and it was only after my daughter managed to swap a table a friedly couple that we managed to sit together. The staff should be mor involved in making sure that the guests who want to have breakfast are seated at a table and also to make sure that the tables are cleared as soon as the guest/s depart.
