Positive: The previous time we stayed, everything seemed fine and matched the photos

Negative: There were cockroaches in one of the reserved rooms. After informing the management, they rather reluctantly gave us another room

Positive: The receptionist is nice and flexible. The value of money and location is superb.

Negative: The receptionist and cleaning ladies are nice except one girl who is arrogant towards us. We asked if its possible to kindly sweep the floor because its too dirty it was in the hallway, infront of the elevator and it's been 5days. Hoping that the garbage containters is not infront of the parking area. So that its pleasant to come inside without awful smell.
