Vacation Island Playground has a private beach for a quick dip to cool off from your fun day in the sun and to enjoy the breath-taking sunsets. If you love to fish this is a fisherman's paradise and dinner is just a matter of dropping a hook off the dock into the water. If nature is your first love then the birds, fish, dolphins, manatees among the lush scenery will speak to your soul.

The home is a beautiful, remodeled, island waterfront home. This three bedroom plus loft, which sleeps 9, is completely remodeled with a gorgeous kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, soaring ceilings & gorgeous water views from every window. The downstairs master includes marble countertops, double sinks, & gorgeous oversized shower with river rock floor. Walk from your master directly out to the lower deck and wonderful new 2023 dock (pontoon unavailable for rent) watching the manatees and dolphins swimming while enjoying your morning coffee or evening happy hour cocktails. The first floor features a second bedroom and oversized mudroom; perfect for your island getaway. Head out on the upstairs deck to BBQ the days catch and enjoy the amazing views the Indian River provides.
