Positive: The breakfast was basic eggs, toast, fruit and coffee. Cooked in front of us. The staff was very polite and accommodating. We had our laundry done with help from the front desk. Very very clean.

Positive: Hotel was very communicative and responsive to questions. Able to pay with credit card with no extra fee. Breakfast was included and good for the price. Fresh juice, eggs, and toast. Breakfast ladies were very friendly. AC was nice

Negative: Not really much to put here. Not 100% sure about the location. I took the arranged taxi here and then left in the morning to go to the Amazon, so not sure what was around the hotel. If I had to come up with something, the hot water took awhile to heat up and the coffee was a little weak, otherwise everything was great

Summary: not bad at all for $43!

Positive: Breakfast was good and the cook was very pleasant. The employees were all very attentive and friendly.

Negative: The bathroom needs a place for toiletries, etc. But, it was clean and nice. The A/C was cut off each day when they cleaned the rooms. That meant we had to come back each time and turn it back on and wait for it to cool off.

Summary: A very pleasant and quiet stay with employees that were helpful and friendly.

Positive: Lady Sabrina (0wner) was at full disposal of the guests, always smiling but in the same time ready to solve problems. I ask to her if it was possible to go by boat on Rio de Amazones, and in a few minute she find the boat just only for me in a very cheap way. I recommend this locazione if You want to stay in Iquitos. My compliments to Fitzcarrald hotel.⁶
