Summary: Very good, not excellent. Pluses: Good size room. Nice bedding. Excellent shower pressure. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Excellent reception. Fair pricing. Minuses: Primitive HVAC. Soft bed. Sink that didn’t drain in room 1204. I was able to do a temporary fix. My view was of a blank brick wall. Depressing. I will stay here again as th location and value are fine.

Summary: The room was in need of a serious refresh. Carpet needs to be cleaned chipped to paint everywhere safe was very old and not your typical safe in other rooms. This room needs to be completely refreshed. Other than that. Everything was great.

Summary: The suite was generously sized for Manhattan and worked well for three people. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk staff and bellmen were courteous. Although it's classy and quiet hotel, bathroom fixtures, baseboards and some carpets are in need of refurbishment.
