Three minutes walk to the best beach in the city (the Malvarrosa) with its promenade and all kinds of the best restaurants on the beachfront with terraces for sunbathing, or dine under the moonlight, while taking a appetizer or the typical rice dishes or the classic Paella Valenciana. Supermarkets, shops, bars with lots of atmosphere. It is a fourth height, does not have an elevator, the steps are short and easy to climb.
Very well connected with the Historic Center of the City It has a bus stop at the foot of the street that communicates with any point of the City. Near the marina. Next to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanographic. Possibility of traveling by bicycle (Valenbici) to walk around the city. The apartment is newly renovated. Summary: We stayed in this apartment for 14 days and we loved it. You get your exercise climbing the stairs to this apartment that has everything you need for a beach stay. The grocery store is right across the street and the beach is 3 blocks. There is a bus stop into the city around the corner too. We will stay here again. I

Summary: The Apartment was very nice and clean. I stayed 1 1/2 weeks and I felt like home. The host enrique is very kind and helpful. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and to the city center only 30 minutes in bus. Perfect location if you want to relax and visit the city. I would always come back.

Summary: Very nice place and newly renovated. Location is excellent with bus stop right at corner. Metro is only 10 minutes walk away. Very convenient for grocery shopping as the supermarket is just across the street. The place is clean and communication with owner and the helper is great. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. We enjoy our stay very much!

Summary: It was our first time in Spain. That apartment is only a few blocks from the beach (which is where we spent out time). The place had pretty much everything we needed. There was a market very close by. Loved our stay here.
