This Beautiful two story house has so much to offer for a fun family vacation!
Situated on a beautiful creek with water surrounding the house
from side to side. Super Large Front yard and an amazing fire
pit area. Hammock, outside porch, screened in porch, corn hole and a grill area with three grills. (Gas, Pellet and charcoal) The boat dock has mooring post to easily dock your boat. Sun deck too! Paddle boards, kayaks, lilly pad float and life jackets are all included. Sunrise Views !
There is so much more to add to the description of this 4700 square foot, spacious
and charming house !
Marina and boat launch are very close. Across the cove is Shady Shack,
an on water dining restaurant. There is a neighborhood golf coarse and community pool. Neighborhood trash area.! Paved driveway with 6 parking spots. The house location is very private. This house is very spacious, great for family get togethers.
Includes Dish TV and wireless internet! Lots of upgrades and more to do
that will make wonderful vacation memories !
Walking into the house there is a large foyer with half bath that leads into the living area with a 75" LG smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. That leads right out to the waterfront porch. You can't help but relax as you overlook the water!
Heading to your right is a very spacious kitchen that has bar stool seating all around. It features stainless steel appliances including a new Frigidaire Gallery double oven and microwave. Kitchen is fully stocked. Includes: kettle, blender, keurig Duo (both k-cups and 12 cup carafe), 90 can Aaobosi beveridge cooler, flat stove top, Bosch Dishwasher and LG Refrigerater with front ice/water dispsenser.
The fridge is side by side with 2 freezer drawers on bottom. There is also another standard fridge in the garage just steps away. The Laundry room is also next to the kitchen with LG Heavy duty top load washer with LG heavy duty front load dryer. Laundry room has sink and a drying rack.
Beside the Kitchen is the dining area overlooking the water. To the right of that is newly screened in porch overlooking the water. The grilling area is right outside that. Pick your grill; gas, charcoal or pellet.
On the other side of the main floor is a large master suite with master bath. King size with with a cute sitting area under the window overlooking the water. Large walk in closet. The master bath has 2 sink areas, walk in shower, private toilet and large jetted tub.
The stairs leading to the 2nd floor are spacious and easy to manage.
Once there you are in another comfortable living area that has a sleeper sofa and a TCL 55' Roku TV.
There are 2 full baths on the second floor with 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 King bedroom and one bunk bedroom. All rooms have updated furntiure and are beautifully decorated with water views. The two queen rooms have an adjoining balcony overlooking the water.. The very spacious Bunkroom consists of two bunks. Fulls over Queens. Top Bunks are for under 115Lbs. (There is also a pack n play in closet)
There is also a children's playroom upstairs that has a TCL 55" Roku TV, foosball table and futon.

Summary: The house was beautiful, but we found areas of it that were not clean (cobwebs on top of the lamps, food stuck on the floor in the kitchen, ants on the kitchen counters, cobwebs and insect droppings on the porch and screened in porch). The screened in porch had dog hair on the cushions, so unusable for us. The steps going down into the living area and dining area need to have something indicating they are there. We are an older group, and we had someone fall as they didn't realize they were there. All in all, we had a wonderful time and things went very well.

Summary: We had a big family stay here. Upon arrival the owner was there with his dog, met the family and could likely tell we were good people. However, one of the first comments he made after he lost his dogs leash was "I wonder what else you're going to steal" - essentially accusing us of this 15 minutes into our arrival. We left a night early bc of the long drive with young kids. We let him know. A week later I got this message "Not sure what you did to my countertops, but they have to be replaced. Also, I do not appreciate the paint on my dock." We've stayed with the same people at similar houses for the last decade and have never heard anything but nice after we left. It's always clean and always taken care of. I gave him the email to send pics and videos of the "damaged areas" and he fell off, but hasn't removed my negative review. Had he said the kids play room was a mess, it may have been more believable. 1) We cleaned incessantly and the place was spotless when we left. My mom (70 years old) cleaned every single day and did most of the cooking 2) How on earth could granite countertops be damaged to the point of needing replaced? We used the kitchen to cook, cutting boards to cut, etc. 3) the "paint" on the dock was nothing more than scented fish bait, easily washed off with something called water. The guy is clearly trying to scam us into getting him new countertops that someone else damaged. Stay away or you'll get extorted too.

Summary: The house and location was great! Loved the sun deck on top of the boathouse which was great for stargazing There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 children. The fire pit was great for s’mores and firewood was included. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards as well as the cornhole game. The available outdoor seating was much appreciated. We enjoyed meeting Andrew the owner on the afternoon we checked in. We never had any contact with the property manager.

Summary: This was a family vacation with 6 adults , two children and two teenagers. Very roomy and comfortable. Outdoor space was great. Loved the sun porch. Kitchen could have had more cooking utensils but otherwise great. House was very clean. A few things didn’t work but nothing significant.

Summary: Can’t imagine a nicer place on Lake Gaston. Property Manager was easy to communicate with and the house and dock were perfect for a family week at the lake. Would definitely go back.

Summary: We rented in March and it was calm and peaceful. The property was spacious, the home was spacious, and the dock provided excellent launching for our enormous kayak. We hope to return for more lake life and fire pitting.

Summary: The house was everything and more. This is the first time that we stayed somewhere, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you needed to make for and enjoyable time. Sara checked in on us to make sure that everything was fine. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the weather and view.
