Welcome to Casa Del Rio. Our professionally decorated home with a fun coastal flare is located in an upscale, private neighborhood just off Fort Island Trail in Crystal River, FL. Location is everything and Rio is only minutes to Hwy 19, Three Sister's Springs, biking and hiking trails, downtown tourist dining, partying or shopping and Fort Island Trail Beach.
Our home has four bedrooms, two well-appointed bathrooms, a solar heated/screened, swimming pool, large outdoor kitchen with high-end gas barbeque, Smart TV, granite counters and sink. A gourmet indoor kitchen with new commercial appliances to include ice maker, wine cooler, dishwasher and commercial grade gas stove. There's a large dock for your boat or fishing and a fenced yard for furry friends.
This is our "river house" and not just someone's rental house. We take pride in every inch of it. The furniture, beds and all appliances are brand new. Everything is high end catering to sophisticated tastes, with original artwork from area artists and an eye for detail. We want you to enjoy Casa Del Rio as much as we do, and we put great effort into assuring that your stay will be enjoyed by all.
BEDROOMS
Primary Bedroom - King bed, sitting area with two chairs, large walk-in shower with choice of rain or wall shower heads, 42" flat screen Smart TV, great walk-in closet.

A Queen Air Mattress is provided for two additional guests.
We allow a maximum of 10 guests including children and adults. There is a $25.00 per person, per night additional charge for parties over 8. One pet is allowed with an Additional $75 pet fee.
DINING
The gourmet kitchen has a built-in wine cooler, large ice maker, dishwasher, commercial grade gas stove, large refrigerator and an assortment of small appliances. The dining room table seats 6. There's additional seating at the kitchen island for four. We do not skimp on the small stuff. If you need it, it will be there!
OPEN CONCEPT LIVING
The main living area abounds with an open concept consisting of a living room, kitchen, dining area and bonus room. The living room is perfect for relaxing and boasts a 75" Smart TV. The bonus room overlooks the canal with a wet bar, sitting area and 42" Smart TV. The home has great natural flow and is designed for entertaining and dining.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
The outdoor kitchen is a fantastic place to gather with friends - the 50" flat screen TV is great for football games or the morning news. This area also has a full sink, gas grill, granite counter tops, ceiling fans to keep the no-see-ums at bay and lighting. Sit back, have a cup of coffee and watch the morning news from this vantage point. You never know who might swim by in the canal - dolphins, manatees and an assortment of coastal birds frequent our backyard.
The large dock easily accommodates two boats, kayaks or jets skis. The canal is subject to tides but is appropriate for pontoon boats, bay boats, kayaks and low draft skiffs. It joins the bottom of Kings Bay after a scenic 10-minute boat ride at idle speed and there are no bridges to worry about. The home comes with 2 kayaks and life jackets. You can kayak to the Springs in 30 to 45 minutes depending on wind and tides. There's great fishing off the dock and manatees and dolphins frequent the canal. The area is great for kayakers, fishing and nature lovers.

Summary: Property was very nice, beds were all comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need. We had 4 couples and all were happy and had their own bedrooms. We had 2 boats, one 23 foot runabout and one 17 foot flats boat. Plenty of room. Pool was nice and lanai keep out the bugs. We had a great time. Host was very responsive.

Summary: Very nice. The canal is navigable at tides above 1'. Pay attention to the tides when planning your boating activities. Stay far right in the canal in bound and left exiting. The home is very charming and well equipped.

Summary: Always have an absolute blast staying in Crystal River. You can tell the home was recently remodeled fresh and very clean. Everything in the home is very well taken care of and communication with the owner is quick and responsive. The home is well stocked with every you would need to cook. Our only major complaint is the canal is extremely rocky. We have a 26 foot pathfinder and there were multiple times. It was very difficult to navigate due to the water being under 2 feet. The bottom is very rocky and really damaged our boat. At one point, we could not even reach the home because the canal was completely dry across. You have to watch the tides. Only one of the rocks is marked in the channel and thank goodness the neighbors let us know of another one. Unfortunately, there was even more and we took a big chunk at the bottom of our boat.

Summary: From the moment we walked in, beautifully decorated but a Very comfortable feeling. Felt Clean & Fresh so Welcoming ! Host -Teri was great-easy to communicate with. Home is stocked with everything you could need. Linens, kitchen bedding. Pool was great! Boat Dock so close, son brought his boat & Jet ski. Summary: First off, the host is wonderful. ( Teri ). Checking in to see if everything was alright with the place and if there was anything we needed. My husband and I came down for the fishing. Sometimes it was good and sometimes not so good but sitting on the dock watching the wildlife go by made up for the bad days. It makes you to sit back and think, this is paradise. There is a lot of activates to do in Crystal River, which our company and I did enjoy. We will be back.
