Summary: This place is terrible and way over priced .Dirty, old, cannot walk on carpet because they are vacuumed but not clean. Bathroom was dirty and lots of stains everywhere. I would never stay there again. Bathtub filled up while showering. I don’t even give this place a 1 on a 1 to 10.

Summary: This hotel is a very convenient location if you have an overnight layover at JFK. The bed was very comfortable for an older property, and the front reception staff members were kind and accommodating. They have a free airport shuttle, but be forewarned it only picks up at JFK every hour. You might have to wait. They do run the shuttle 24/7, so you can easily put your name on the list to go back to the airport, too. Like all JFK area hotels, the price can be more than you want to pay. Five Towns was the most reasonable of all the ones I checked, though.

Summary: Only one night as flew in to JFK and had onward travel next morning. Receptionist was very helpful. We used the shuttle bus in the morning, which was very convenient and a excellent free service.

Summary: The morning staff at 6am was rude and unprofessional. I asked for a written receipt and she told me to get my receipt from expedia. Not the company I booked with. She didnt care. It was all her attitude like my question was moronic and i should have known not to ask her. Rude.

Summary: It was so amazing moment spending time with my family in clean place and very safe. I love they front desk, people so amazing and they how to make everyone comfortable and a few minutes and save quick as possible.

Summary: Convenient for JFK travel. Shuttle picks up 20 mins after the hour at Federal Circle. Return to JFK runs every hr on the hr (not every half hr as per hotel website). Appreciated the lobby coffee.
