Summary: This rental is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is brand new, updated, and modern. Very spacious and accommodating. It’s a reasonable distance from downtown Boston (about 20 min) which was nice. The only cons of this property were that there was no air conditioning, so it got really hot being on the second floor. Also, the neighborhood is very active and loud (people yelling, loud music, etc) at all hours of the night.
