Positive: The surroundings of the accommodation are beautiful, with spectacular fjord views that must be magical under the Northern Lights.

Negative: However, the property did not meet our expectations. The room felt outdated, the bathroom was old, and the small kitchen was not clean and had very limited utensils (there were only two forks for four people). The beds were uncomfortable, and the reception staff were not very welcoming. Breakfast was very limited, and there was hardly any staff available to replenish items when they ran out. Overall, it’s a real shame—despite the stunning setting, the accommodation itself does not live up to it.

Summary: Stunning location, but disappointing accommodation.

Positive: I had a very nice stay. The Room was good. The food and the breakfast in the restaurant were great. The people there were very friendly and kind. Thanks.

Negative: The bed was a bit older and not that comfortable but I still had a good sleep.

Negative: In the first room stove didn't work, the room was changed but in the second room there was not enough cutlery and space for our things so we returned to the first room...
