Summary: The hotel was very well located, with restaurants just a few steps away, definitely a plus. The staff was also very welcoming, however, getting there was a bit confusing. We first had to go to a different location in the city center, which wasn’t clearly explained in the booking instructions. We were also quite disappointed with the accommodation itself. The photos showed a very modern apartment, but in reality, it was rather old-fashioned, with a noticeable musty smell typical of older buildings. That said, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. In summary: a good stay overall, despite the misleading presentation online.

Summary: We got this property from HOrigem after staying a couple of nights at another of their properties and deciding to stay an extra night in Lisbon. It was just a couple of blocks away from the first one and equally great. The view was less desirable than the first one which looked down at the street where the cable cars run by, but other than that, it was a great stay. We can't say anything but great things about the staff and their friendliness and helpfulness, Diogo even help carry my wife's baggage up the steep streets from the first property to this one. Highly recommended.

Summary: Great location near the castle. Beware if accessibility is an issue, as it requires climbing steps and is not easy to access via taxi. Very clean and nice.
