Positive: It was clean and easily accessible via the lift. The balcony was great to sit outside and relax. There’s air conditioning in the lounge with a sofa bed so had the option to sleep there when hot. No issues accessing the property as easy coded access.
Negative: Needs a couple of minor things mending like the hook in the bathroom and the shower head holder. No fan or air conditioning in the bedrooms and even with the shutters down the rooms got hot.

Positive: Highly recommended! The apartment is spotless clean. One of my kids who has a dust allergy has no problem living in this apartment. It's a cosy and beautiful apartment with full facilities. The apartment is in a good location but away from the street noise. It's close to two different metro stations for L4 and L5 that take you almost everywhere in the city of Barcelona for sightseeing. Supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries are also nearby. The host Ana is a wonderful woman who has a kind heart for animals and people. She's always helpful and replies immediately if you have questions. There's an alarm system and a safe in the apartment to ensure nobody is able to break into the place. An air conditioner in the living room gave us some cool air in such a super hot summer. Some may find it's not cool enough in bedrooms but we didn't have any problem about it. I would highly recommend Ana and the apartment, especially to families. We will definitely be back again.

Positive: Laura was very helpful when we had troubles with self check-in. She reacted immediately. We were also happy for the possibility to leave the baggage in the apartment for a couple of hours after checkout. The location was very nice with plenty of cafes, shops, metro and bus stops nearby. The apartment was spacious enough for our 3 generation family holiday. Not much light but perfect silence in bedrooms, in the living room there was more light but also some noise from the street. Highly recommended :-)
Negative: Very well equipped kitchen, only the knives would use some sharpening :-)

Positive: The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. The amount and the arrangement of the space were comfortable for our party of 4. The kitchen was easy to use and in good condition. The furnishings were comfortable and in good condition. We hadn't expected to find the neighborhood so convenient and enjoyable. Touring the historic art nouveau hospital of Sant Pau, which is a block away, and the walk to see La Sagrada Familia were highlights. The metro is conveniently about 3 blocks away. There are some fun bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants in the area.
Negative: Although it worked out in the end, the payment method was difficult. The owners wanted a bank transfer directly to their bank but neither our US nor our UK banks would do it without a pre-authorization process. The owners strict 24 hour rule to make payment meant we ended up using a third party transfer company to get the payment made in time. When it came time to have our deposit returned, the owners were unable to return the money the same way it was sent and we had to set up a couple of alternate accounts to find something that worked. It was a bit of hassle, stress, and time. The owners stuck with it and our deposit was returned. But it would have been nice to just pay through Booking and have less stress.
