Summary: Am biased as I love Rotterdam anyway but this hotel is as it always is - very good.

Summary: I was given a handicapped room with no shower curtain. I had to gobto reception 3 times to get another room. Then they gave me a luxury room but there is nothing luxury about it. Not even a fridge. Noisy AC. No welcome drinks. Heating does not heat room well. Lighting is insufficient. Quiet and clean hotel. Breakfast is sufficient but not tasty. Restaurant food is not good. It is an ok stay

Summary: Lobby area and main floor are nice and clean. Staff at check in were kind and helpful. However, when you get out of the elevator on the 4-6 floor, you quickly realize where this hotel fails. Everything is grungy, mostly the carpet. Rooms are a good size and quiet being at the airport. The beds are basically foam toppers on a fabric box springs. Was the most convenient stay to fly out at 7am. Otherwise, would definitely find something else.
