Summary: Nice hotel, good location, breakfast nothing special. We missed even some simple things as fried eggs or fruit salad. Sauna is charged extra per person 19,50€ per Day. Bathrobe 8,50€ per day. I’m used that sauna is included. Especially once fotos are shown on homepage.

Summary: Great location and very comfortable rooms. There is a nice hotel restaurant on site, with a good outside space. There is a hotel garage available for parking.

Summary: The hotel is situated in a dreamy location right behind the dunes. The spa area is very clean and truly top-notch! However, the breakfast leaves something to be desired with limited choices and lack of quality: No fish, no cheese platter, no fruit salad, no premium breads, just basic rolls. There's room for improvement! The rooms were tidy, and the staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Summary: All good. Just one thing destroyed everything. At the checkout, I asked if I can stay until 12, but the lady at the frontdesk told me, in a cold way, no, u have to pay additional 50 euros and u can stay until 1pm. Because they are fully booked. First of all, they are far from fully booked. All type of rooms are available on all booking platform to book. So dont treat others like this. Second, the service quality is really bad at this level. You could just say, yeah; stay a few minutes would be fine. Or something more soft. Last, 50 euros for 2 hours? What a joke??? And also, most hotel check out time is 12, not 11! So this lady kills all. Really destroyed the experience ….

Summary: The food was good room was good. All good. Two bad points. We were paying 365 euros for one night but were not allowed to use the pool unless we paid 40 euros for the spa. This is not good. We were told we could use the next door pool bye the reception staff, but when we went to the hotel pool next door they said that there was no such agreement! That is a poor deal. We wasted 1 hour trying to get this sorted for our children. The second problem: Previous customers I dropped the cigarette butts on the floor in the room patio. These would’ve been difficult for the cleaners to see as they were dropped in between the stones. However there were many cigarette butts and it looks rather dirty. Given that I have the customer has paid so much for the room, I would’ve expected that the party over the bin cleaner than that. Gives a bad impression to have dirty you cigarette butts on the floor outside
