Summary: Extreamly clean and comfortable. The shower tub was mirror clean. Very friendly reception, smooth check in and check out. Free Netflix was a surprise. A little bit off the main town, but feels way safer.

Summary: This is an adorable motel. Everything inside was completely modern and extremely clean. It is a ways out of town and takes some time to get to, but it is very affordable. I went with my 2 dogs for a rally trial and they are super well-behaved, always on a leash when taking them outdoors and I bring my own blankets when travelling anyway so that wasn't a problem. My only complaint/issue is there are NO blackout blinds for the window outside. The motel light/natural light seeps through when trying to sleep and that was a bit annoying, otherwise we'll stay again next trial!

Summary: The employee on check-in was so upbeat and friendly that I smiled for the next ten minutes. She is a great ambassador for the motel and for Sudbury.

Summary: It's a great place if there's only 1 or 2 people that use the one bed. We had 3 and unfortunately the hideaway bed in the couch wasn't that comfortable for my 12 year old son. It was a very cozy room and I really enjoyed my stay because there was a fridge where you could keep drinks and food cold. There was even a sink that you could wash the dishes. I like leaving my room clean so the provided cups for tea and coffee were washed after we used them. They are also a pet friendly motel which is nice to see for those that travel with their pets. The people that work there were very friendly and helpful. If I ever go back to Sudbury and it's just my husband and I, I'll definitely book the Fleur De Lis again.

Summary: The best motel I have ever stayed at! It was recently renovated and you can tell the owners have put a lot of work and care into their motel. They are also so friendly and accommodating. If you are ever in the this area, stay here and you will be happy you did. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Summary: Spent the week prior driving across the country. This place was by far the cleanest and nicest place we stopped. Friendly and accommodating owner and great rooms! We even got a free upgrade! 10/10
