Summary: Pleasant village 2-3 miles from Holt or Sherringham. On bus route but car preferred. 100 yards from good pub/ restaurant with good food and beer. Rooms clean and well appointed almost like new in 100 year old converted stable. The house worked well for two adults and two young children for an extended stay in July and August. Missed having a washing machine but otherwise fully ready to go. Just one parking place

Summary: Lovely cottage in a quiet village. Near Sheringham and Holt. The cottage had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable as my husband is tall and struggles sometimes. The owner was easy to contact.

Summary: This was such a nice cottage in an excellent location. The cottage was perfect and felt at home straight away. There was also a bottle of wine to welcome us there as well! We only had a short break, but would definitely consider booking it again to see more of lovely Norfolk.

Summary: Excellent location for the North Norfolk Coast. Cottage simple but adequate. Would not be suitable for more than two people as little storage.

Summary: A small quaint cottage that delivered everything we needed for our weekend birdwatching in north Norfolk. Our only issue was with the TV design, and it being up on the wall, meant that you could not plug in an HDMI lead for the laptop as it is facing the wall and inaccessible!

Summary: We have had a great holiday while staying at Overton Square, the property has been prepared to a high standard and is very well equipped. It's location is perfect for visiting all the main locations in North Norfolk. We highly recommend the local pub the Red Hart, great food and in a lovely location. We highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in North Norfolk

Summary: Not sure what a previous guest on about re road noise- it was blissfully peaceful. Overall stay was lovely. Very nice garden, nice local pub, has everything you need. Appliances very good, super comfy bed and bedding, lovely selection of family games. Place has everything you need. It really is a peaceful and tranquil place to stay, we slept well! It also feels very safe. Paul is a pleasure to deal with and super responsive. Overall I would recommend this place if visiting the area.
