Summary: The house was very clean and well equipped. Although the bedrooms were very sunny, downstairs felt dark with low natural light. The house is in a good position in the village. The garden is adequate.

Summary: The house was spotless, with comfortable beds, loads of towels and the best ‘rental’ kitchen we’ve stayed in. The house worked really well for us for a quiet week away in November. Everything worked, and they house came with info on what to do locally. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Never having visited Norfolk before we were fortunate to find Flint House. This was ideally situated for the places we wanted to visit. The house we found very comfortable with everything to hand and well presented. Castle Acre provided much interest in itself and with shop, pub and chip shop we were well satisfied.

Summary: A great base for a weeks holiday , we visited the Castle and Priory, Oxborough, Great Bircham as well as surrounding beaches. Only slight draw back is a lack of a sunny outside space in the evening.

Summary: Very happy with location of property having not visited the area before. Only drawbacks was interior of property very dark, although sun shone all day every day, dark in kitchen and lounge. Cannot understand why a patio door was fitted into a wall that backs up to a ten foot high boundary wall. Perhaps this should have been fitted to the dining room extension with access to the garden. Late afternoon onwards, after spending the day travelling around, the sun had moved round so that no sun on the garden in the evening and nowhere to sit and relax with g & t in the sun, dissappointing. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday despite the above.

Summary: Customer service from Norfolk Hideaways needs improvement. Customer service from owners absolutely brilliant . There is a lack of clothes hanging space Ok if only a weekend in summer Freezer is in the garage. A blind in the bathroom would be appreciated. Central heating good you don't need to use the wood stove

Summary: Very comfortable warm and well equipped house, xmas decorations tree and gifts were much appreciated. Castle acre itself is very picturesque and priory castle & pub all worth a visit.

Summary: We had a great stay at Flint House over Christmas. The accommodation was ideally located and very well equipped. Had no problems using the kitchen to prepare Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. Every day we would open the curtains and be taken aback by the amazing views that Flint House commands. We found the village extremely friendly with everyone saying hello or good morning. The pub and tea rooms are well worth a visit and my 9 year old loved the castle and priory.
