Summary: Although the water wasn’t high enough to reach the deck/dock, it was definitely my family’s favorite spot on the property. We would love another opportunity to stay here!

Summary: The pictures don't lie. This is a beautiful house within yards of the river. We all had a wonderful time. Fishing was great. My son caught a Brown Trout that weighed over 8 pounds and was around 27" long. The scenery is beautiful from the deck or from inside the house. Very relaxing atmosphere. We are already talking about a return visit.

Summary: This property is unbelievable. I have lived in Arkansas my entire life and this area just blew me away. The home is very nice and large and the grounds are super clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My friends and I stayed for my buddy’s bachelor trip and were able to fish right behind the house.

Summary: We were so excited to find the house exactly as advertised. The stunning view of the river, the clean and modern interior, and the great access to local points of interest made for a wonderful 4 days at Troutwater. Enjoyed grilling on the back porch and dining at the table with a delightful view of the White River. We also enjoyed renting a pontoon on Bull Shoals Lake and hiking in the Buffalo River state park. The neighborhood was quiet and evening walks were very pleasant. Thanks for making your home available for others to enjoy!

Summary: This place had it all. My family and I enjoyed it very much. We caught a bunch of fish on property.The home was very clean and is equipped with all your cooking needs. Plenty of area to throw the football,BBQ, and cook s’mores by the fire pit. I always bring my boat and it was nice to be able to have a private boat ramp/fishing area to enjoy. It’s definitely going to be a return spot for us!!!
