Positive: Amazing location & fantastic service☺️Regarding the location, it’s built over the sea, just next to a mangrove area 🌊You can jump into the water from the property and snorkel there. They have goggles and snorkels free of charge. The water was clear even during rainy season. We saw many corals, giant clams and even some clownfish. They have kayaks for free of charge as well. We kayaked to Pantai Kanjen, where you can release baby turtles. In the morning, we saw the beautiful sunrise from our window and could hear the sound of the water below our bed. Regarding the service, the owners (Astrid and Tono) were very helpful even before our arrival. They messaged me and offered help to organize boat tickets, scooter rental and other transportation at very reasonable prices. After arrival, the host called Ben took very good care of us, he was very friendly, helpful and fun to chat with. At night he even showed us the bio-luminescent plankton which were visible from the deck. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! No AC, but it was a comfortable stay with a big ceiling fan. No hot shower, but it was not a big issue for us. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay. Definitely wanna come back!

Positive: We loved our stay. Ben and the rest of the staff were were awesome. Super helpful and went out of their way to help us. The communication via WhatsApp beforehand for arranging travel was much appreciated. Arranging things with Ben in general was very easy and it really felt like he was at our beck and call. The view and situation of the lodge is spectacular. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening.

Negative: A couple things could have made it even more spectacular; it would be good to have had hot water to shower - perhaps something to implement in future. In the morning, the toilet really smelled bad and it looked like there was some back log - it wasn’t very nice to wake up to. Breakfast was great but it would be nice to be offered a choice between a few options; even if it was 2 to 3 standard options and ordered the previous evening. Regardless of the minor flaws, it was an incredible stay.

Positive: We are a family of three staying with Floating Paradise for 4 days. It's been an incredible experience! If you are looking for an off-the-beaten-track and relaxing stay, this is you destination. The owners Tono and Astrid are going out of their way to accommodate you and so will the kind staff. Upon arriving, we received an upgrade to the newly built family room, which features two separate rooms within the bungalow. Kayaking is free and great fun to explore the nearby mangroves, the small island ahead and Bobby Beach on the other side of the laguna. Snorkeling is fantastic here, as the coral reef can be found literally outside the bungalows. On the second day, we went on a boat trip to other islands, where we snorkelled at multiple gorgeous locations and ate lunch on a pristine and remote island - it was such an amazing day! The third day, Astrid took us onto a fun hike which rewarded us with breathtaking views over the island, ending at Bukit Love viewpoint. We also took advantage of Astrid being a certified Yoga teacher, having yoga lessons right by the dock as the sun set over the laguna - you really can't beat this setting. Our final day marked the end of Ramadan, so the entire family went out of their way and took us to town for a fun parade organized by the island community. A truly memorable experience! Thanks a bunch for your hospitality, we are leaving the island refreshed and with much love in our hearts.

Positive: Stunning location and beautiful view every morning. Rama was lovely and helpful.

Negative: We organised a taxi pick up and they left without us so we had to make our own way there. We organised a taxi and the guy left said that the taxi driver had offered us a fair price but that was not true. When we got in the staff member who greeted us did not really help and we only saw him once one morning with a girl. When you pay a lot of money for accommodation you expect far better service. Rama did all the work and was friendly.
