Welcome to the Flower Street House, a single level golf course home located in the heart of Queen Creek. This gorgeous, fully renovated home is minutes from numerous restaurants, shopping, golf, parks, trails, Schnepf Farms, Mesa Gateway Airport, Arizona Athletic Grounds, and the Horse and Equestrian Centre. Enjoy your own private resort featuring a brand new in 2021 pool/spa, Weber grill, Smart TV, and high-end outdoor furniture. The perfect Arizona dream vacation!
The space
3 bedrooms/2 baths + movie/game room. Master offers king bed and smart TV, luxury spa shower, and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has twin bunk beds. The large second bathroom features double sinks and a tub/shower.
Hotel quality bath/bedding linens provided.
Movie/gaming room with super comfy lounge chairs, smart tv, and mini fridge.
Living room with leather sofas and 65” smart tv.
Kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, baking pans, spices, and small appliances including coffee maker, blender, mixer, griddle, pasta maker, crock pot. Extensive cooking utensils as well as BBQ tools provided. Separate pantry. Fully stocked waffle bar with high end Breville waffle maker.
We provide Sparklett's cooler/drinking water.
Brand-new front-loading washer/dryer. Detergent and fabric softener provided.
Brand new A/C in 2021. You'll be cool as a cucumber thanks to our new Trane!
Beach towels provided.
2 car garage. Beach cruisers provided. We may or may not be bike snobs so we only have nice ones!
Outdoors
Pool and spa - pool has a large Baja step, LED lights, 2 umbrellas and numerous umbrella holes. Large spa easily seats 6-8 adults and heating the spa is included with your rental. If you wish to heat the pool, it is an additional $50/day (minimum $150 charge) and will be heated to maximum 85 degrees. We provide you with access to the spa’s controls once booked!
Professional pool service 1-2 times per week
Regular professional pest control service inside and out.

Neighborhood: We are in a friendly, safe, family neighborhood just under 6 miles from Bell Bank park. Our home backs the golf course and there are numerous parks throughout the neighborhood including one about 8 houses away from us with playground, ziplines, etc.
Queen Creek Wash bike and walking trail. Mostly flat, easy fun bike rides, runs, walks. This trail is easily accessible about a block away.
Las Colinas Golf Course - Right here in the neighborhood.
Bell Bank Sports Park- 6 miles away Mesa, AZ
Mansel Carter Oasis Park - 19535 E. Appleby Rd - Queen Creek, AZ - this super fun large park is directly off the Queen Creek wash and features stocked fishing lake, big playground, splash pad, covered pavilions, skate park, basketball courts, sand volleyball, and more. We often bike the trail there and bring a little cooler for a picnic.
Schnepf Farms - 2 miles away Fun small amusement park for kids with regular special events including 4th of July Fireworks, hay rides in the fall, weddings, just a ton of things to do.
