Positive: The property was surrounded by beautiful bushland and it was great to hear the birds in the morning. Lovely walking area on the whole property. The separated bedroom areas were fabulous as there was somewhere to get away to if we didn't want to be amongst the large family living area, we had another deck off our smaller living space! The BBQ deck was great as we felt like we were in the outdoors, but not surrounded by flies etc when having our BBQ. This was a fantastic property for a large group of people for the weekend. It was great having the basics in the kitchen eg. olive oil, salt and pepper etc, so we didn't have to buy or take these with us.
Summary: A great property, with room for the whole family. A beautiful getaway.

Positive: Beautiful house - common areas large and well equipped. Location was lovely - easy access to restaurant and a short drive for groceries etc. Rooms spacious and comfortable. WIFI worked well.
Negative: Could not work bifold doors onto veranda due to key locks broken - unfortunately could not be fixed during our stay as during weekend - host tried their best :)

Positive: Perfect house for a large family. We had 10 adults and three babies. Loved the fact that there were 4 bathrooms. Made life much easier. Facilities were excellent with exceptions listed above.
Negative: This property would've rated excellent except for the following... 1-Three bedrooms/bathrooms were excellent with absolutely no complaints. They were clean and perfect in every way. The fourth and fifth rooms, however, seemed almost as though they had been forgotten to be cleaned. There was a dirty mug, (milk and coffee stuck inside) stained sheets and a toe nail found in the sheets. 2- The stove top is inadequate for a house full of people. There are only three burners, two of them very small. As it is an induction stove top, only the pots provided could be used and they were all small. I brought my own pots (large) with me, but the stove wouldn't detect them. I needed to boil spaghetti in three separate saucepans provided. The stove top definitely needs to be bigger in a house that can sleep this many. 3- The lounge chair is very uncomfortable with people rolling in to the centre of the couch. It is a modular suite that isn't clipped together and therefore slides apart when sitting on it. A most disappointing factor of our stay was that between the cushions of the lounge, we found a vape. This also suggests cleaning was not done adequately and with toddlers, this could've had a terrible outcome had an adult not discovered it first. I feel these factors let us down and if they were rectified, the place would be ideal because of the bathrooms. (It's not easy finding places with this many bathrooms)
