Positive: The staff goes out of their way in order to satisfy my needs, they have a very strong sense of hospitality which is rarely found these days, very polite and friendly make you feel like at home. Great selection at breakfast, they pay attention to customers allergies and even able to recommend places a customer might need like it happened to me with a mechanic for my car.

Negative: Nothing to say really, the place is extremely clean and has a huge parking area, there is a big supermarket at 1 min walking distance and a pharmacy. Airport in literally 5 min away positioned in a way you won't get disturbed by airplanes if you want to rest a bit.

Positive: Basic, reasonable value near airport. Restaurants and shops nearby

Negative: No toiletries in bathroom or Tea/coffee making facilities in room. Whilst a taxi from airport to hotel cost 14 euros, i waa quoted 33 euros initially by the hotel for an early am taxi. Once i proved i could get a quote on an app for 22.5 they suddenly found one for 25. Unfortunately this price makes it just as cost effective to stay in Turin rather than an airport hotel!
