Positive: Ann the host is an amazing lady who will accommodate you the best she can. Serves an amazing breakfast, kind and courteous and will give tons of recommendations. The location is close to Bungay but not in town. The king bed is comfortable and linens were clean.
Negative: It's like staying with your Aunt but paying for the privilege. This is her home and her bedroom is right next door to the king room. The bathroom across the hall but the shower is down the hall in another bathroom. You have access to all of it. The whole house is filled with her personal items. They decor is COVERED in cobwebs, every surface and walls, ceilings and even in the closet. Hung my clothes on the back of the door for that reason. I had a bug fall on me in the bed. A good professional cleaning in order. It is described Delux King but the room has no sitting space for you to use, no TV, not a big deal for me but you should know. No AC. No mini fridge. I feel the $490 we paid for 3 nights was WAY TOO MUCH. I dont like writing negative remarks but there was too much to overlook. No privacy and too dirty and cluttered for my taste.
Summary: Like staying at your Aunt's house. The good and bad.

Positive: Breakfast is exceptional. Hand prepared trays of fruit that are different each morning, followed by a small but perfectly cooked breakfast. Cereals, tea, toast, fruit juice, yogurt, bread all included and beautifully presented in a fascinating selection of glass and ceramics. The house is a treasure trove of art and items collected from many countries that Anne has travelled to. It was an education to learn of the origins of just a small selection of items.
Negative: Nothing. The host couldn't do enough for us!
Summary: A totally different experience to other Booking.com B&Bs. Great host, and breakfast

Positive: A wonderful place to stay, was so welcoming and comfortable. Ann the owner is a remarkable lady, she was so lovely. Makes a lot of effort at breakfast which was very much appreciated by my partner and I. She has lived a very interesting life and her home is full of interesting things. We were both fascinated by the stories she has shared. Her knowledge of the area was very useful and extremely helpful. Anyone who choose to stay here will have a fantastic time and will feel very welcomed. Thank you so much Ann for a very marvellous long weekend stay at your wonderful home.
