Positive: The staff were extremely helpful and polite. When we needed assistance they went above and beyond to assist. We were advised of a shortcut and easier way to travel around by using the metro. One staff member even showed us an app to download to purchase tickets and get real time train information! The room was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed, providing utensils and cookware. I liked how open plan the room was and the storage space was ample. Having a hob and microwave was a perfect edition as it meant we could bring meals back and heat them up later on. The tap water is drinkable which saved us on buying water, as it's often hard to tell whats still or sparkiling! The TV had a lot of English options, typically we just get the news at other hotels. The location is very quiet, the only noise we heard was the rain on the window some nights and one guest closing their door loudly at odd hours... The location of the hotel was close to the Kista Galleria about a 5-10 minute walk depending on your pace. The trains also run from there so it was easy to get around downloading the SL app was particularly helpful as it gave live travel updates and detailed navigation to a destination. If you cant do the walk, as there are some stairs along the route, there are more buses during the week days to get to the galleria. At the weekend however we only saw the 178 bus in our area. The breakfast was continental, but had a lot of different options. We found it strange that you had to pay for one of the coffee machines, there was a free one that gave hot water and black coffee. There were tea bags and hot chocolate sachets available. They had lactose free options, but I didn't notice anything gluten free. Perhaps if requested they could supply it.
Negative: On the way to the room the lighting in the halls was dim/there was no lighting in some areas, if at night we had to use a torch to see the keypad on the door. The lights in the bathroom also seemed a little dim, we weren't sure if it was supposed to be like that, but for looking into the mirror it was quite dark. There were 2 switches that didn't seem to do anything under the regular light switches. The kitchen bin bags were also a little flimsy so you couldn't put too much into them without it bursting. The tea towel also wasn't great at drying anything, it would've been nice if some paper kitchen towels were supplied to save you having to buy your own. Some of the buses seemed to stop running after 6pm, so keep that in mind if you plan to go out. There was the 178 that goes near the hotel with a 5 minute walk back to the hotel, turn right and not left after walking down the road! However the trains run till quite late so you can walk back from the Galleria or Helenelund train station. We didn't notice too many places to eat close to the hotel, so getting something from the Galleria or buying food to cook in your room is advisable.

Positive: The stuff at the desk were very friendly. The room is enough big for us and big table for 5 people. Very clean. Breakfast was ok, not big choice but fresh juice, bread ,vegetable and fruits and coffee machine. The Kitchen in the room is fine with tools just need to bring cooking oil etc by yourself. Landry room is very easy to use! Very pleasant stay and love to stay again.
Negative: Nothing bad points actually. On the weekend there is no bus service from the bus stop near the hotel so that you have to walk to the metro station. but not so far away 15 minutes on foot.

Negative: The bathroom needs maybe some maintanance work. The praking was complicated, (with the easy park app), it wasn't free. The breakfast place dosen't have enough seating places.

Negative: Sofa was not comfortable - kids finally slept on matrase on floor - much better. But the bed was good.
