Positive: All things here are of high quality, kindness governs all, one feels rhat he is within his family and not only à visitor. Borhan and his wife ini has given us the high model of human relationship. I visited his family in the village and discussed with them different themes. The cottage was extremely Nice, New, and clean. No mosquitoes, no dangers. The meal was of high quality indeed. Thank you (Terima kasih) INI. Tea and Coffee, water are available, Internet as well. I loved this family and promised to come again for à long period. Never can I forget the hospitality and humbelness of this couple. Thank you Borhan for all and the cocunat.I enjoyed it much.!! From the depth of my heart. I add one thing more, the so-called "HERO" , we called him our son and he called us father and mother, that was the Nice guide "Nix" a member of their family.. he was very helpful, and he Who taught some indonésien words like "terima kasih". I felt very tied to the whole atmosphere of the bungalows near the forest and the view of the majestic Rinjani mountain and the sunrise...

Positive: Very beautiful, new accommodation with a wonderful view of the rice fields. The shower/bathroom is excellent, and due to the location there is no need for air conditioning as the temperatures are always pleasant. The Wi-Fi is good. The hosts are super friendly and serve a delicious breakfast (choose from a menu). If you like, you can also order dinner – very tasty and cheap. You can also rent a scooter directly from the property. We had a wonderful time!
Negative: Well signposted from the road, you have to walk down a small path to the back. After a slight uphill section, you need to turn left. Another sign could be placed there. After a short search, we were spotted and guided to the accommodation.

Positive: This is my favourite hotel I stayed in Lombok, the hosts were so nice, the host let us borrow his bike on the first day that we arrived before we rented our own, they did our laundry for free, every night we sat around a campfire, ate and talked while the host played guitar, the rooms are so beautiful, fully functioning hot water, the hotel guide was so nice, he stayed overnight with us in Sambelia when we fell off our scooter, the host gave me a discount because I didn’t have enough to pay the full amount on the last day and even offered me 100,000IDR so I didn’t leave with no money, the host’s wife cried when saying goodbye to my girlfriend.

Positive: Hands down the best guesthouse we stayed at in Lombok. Others were fine and clean but a bit spartan, this one was really cosy, with nice wooden interior, we loved the bedside lamps and the bathroom was amazing as well. What stands out was also attitude of the manager 'Pika'(sorry don't know how to spell it). She was so friendly and enthusiastic about showing beautiful rural land around where she grew up. She even took us to house of her relatives and was a genuine local guide who wants to share her place with visitors. Unfortunately we were ill so we couldn't explore more but we still had amazing time. Thank you!

Positive: If you have the chance to visit this place then you should defenitely stay a couple of days here. The view on the ricefields and mount Rinjani are breathtaking. The cottages are new and very clean. Maybe the best thing about this place is the people and unique atmosphere. Almost every night the family that runs the place is making a bonfire where we played music and had some good conversations. The host also took us to some more hidden waterfalls in the jungle and to the racefiets close by. We also did a tour to a the monkey forrest in Tetebatu and a nearby village to experience the local sarong weavery and bamboo crafts. We didn't have a scooter so the place was a bit more remote from everything in Tetebatu and warungs. But this was not an issue as we could order food and they would cook it for us. And for the tours they took us with them on their scooter.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Forest View Bungalows. The views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the surrounding nature was a highlight every morning. The bungalow itself was stunning, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made the experience special was the amazing staff and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the local owners. Their home-made food was delicious and gave a real taste of the local flavors. I also really appreciated the chance to connect with them and learn more about the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic escape in nature!

Positive: We immediately felt at home with the most amazing view and super friendly host. They took us on a hike to hidden waterfalls with no tourists around. The units are comfortable and nice hot showers. As the place is still new it will only get better with time. They are busy with building an outdoor kitchen which will make it even better.
Negative: Just note that there are a few mosques around that wake you up around 5 but that is part of the experience i guess.

Positive: The rice fielda views with Rinjani on the background and the kindness of the family who runs this place. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and they made me feel like family since day one. I was going to stay 2 nights, ended up staying for 8 - that says it all! The facilities are brand new and they are building a restaurant as well. It's in a secluded yet beautiful peaceful village with a lot to see. Practicing my yoga on the balcony with that view was magical and the nights watching the starts around the bonfire? Memorable! Great value for the money 😍
Negative: Only the mosks near by are very disturbing if you are a light sleeper like me, but that's not the owners fault.
Summary: Never felt so at home in a place far from home!🤍 thank you for everything!
