Positive: The lodge was stunning! It was clean, well presented and really comfortable. The facilities were all of a high standard, the lodge itself was beautifully decorated and the log fire was a lovely addition when returning in an evening. The location was perfect for everything we wanted and a great base for visiting the surrounding castles, islands and villages.
Negative: Nothing, we loved our stay and will definitely be returning.
Summary: Beautiful lodge in a great location.

Positive: Beautiful house inside & out, also very spacious. Very clean & nice welcome pack in kitchen.
Negative: NO PHONE SIGNAL AT ALL! You had to go outside to phone or send texts to my elderly mum or other family. No channels on TV other than BBC 1 or YouTube or I player when you’re relaxing first thing in morning or at night after a busy day out. No person to see for handover of keys at all it was a key box & code which was ok.
Summary: We had a lovely time, nice weather & visited nice castles - Bamburgh & Alnwick & plenty walks. Just a shame
