This beautifully appointed, former Bed & Breakfast features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths on 4+ acres - located on Mount St. Helena in Calistoga. Boutique small production winemakers Knighton Family Vineyard and Jericho Canyon are our neighbors on the historic Old Lawley Toll Road. Chateau Montelena and Envy wineries as well as the Old Faithful Geiser of California are only 5 minutes away on Tubbs Lane. Less than 10 minutes to downtown.
Located on a historic wagon road that led to the old mining town of Silverado in the 1800's, our home features natural mountain spring water (no sulfur smell which is typical in/around Calistoga due this being a very active geothermal area).
On- demand hot water heater ensures that no one in a large party will need to take cold showers!

Bedroom 1 - Hillside Retreat: King bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a natural stone shower, electric fireplace, adjacent kitchenette. Sliders to back deck with multiple seating areas including covered area with infrared heaters.
Bedroom 2 - The Treehouse: King bed, ensuite bathroom w/ 2 sinks. Amazing views of Mt St Helena summit. IMPORTANT NOTE: This room does not have window treatments to allow for full appreciation of the amazing views. Eye masks are provided.
Bedroom 3 - The Wine Cellar: King bed, ensuite bathroom with natural stone shower. Wood burning fireplace and kitchenette in room, sliders to outdoor seating area. Separate ductless air conditioner dedicated to this room. NOTE: Use of fireplace is only allowed during rainy season due to wildfire risk.
Bedroom 4 - The Foothills Den: Queen sized custom Murphy bed (Simmons Beauty Rest mattress- same as Westin Hotel "Heavenly Bed"). Access to full bath across hallway. Sliders to back deck seating area, beautiful views of the foothills. 42" LCD TV.
Designer kitchen featuring a 6 burner Thermador pro range (gas cooktop, electric oven), Porcher farmhouse sink, plenty of prep space on island. Sliders to front deck allow for easy access to Weber gas grill.
Large dining room table seats 8, also seating for 8+ on front deck.
Living room is large with plenty of seating- large sofa and 2 large side chairs. 43” Sony Bravia HD TV (Dish network), DVD player; wood burning stove (environmentally friendly Ecologs provided)
Large media room with 65” Sony Bravia ultra HD TV and pool table, 1/2 bath with custom petrified wood sink.
Starlink high speed wireless satellite Internet access with speeds > 400 Mbps
Large capacity LG front load washer & dryer
Front deck: Features a table for 10 w/large 14’ cantilever umbrella, Weber gas grill and a separate seating area with views of Mount St. Helena summit.
Back deck: 2 covered seating areas- one with overhead infrared heaters - provides great shelter on windy nights for smoking a cigar (IMPORTANT NOTE: NO SMOKING IN HOUSE!)

Summary: An overall excellent experience. The property was exactly as described and was the perfect size and layout for our group of 6 adults. Tina provided thorough communication before and during our stay. Fortunately for us, the homeowners invested in a Tesla Powerwall solar battery backup system. PG&E scheduled a power shutdown due to high winds in another area that would have left us without power for 3 of the 7 days of our stay. Tina communicated very well with us to make sure we would see no power interruptions during that time. 8-10min drive to get up the mountain to the property or back to the bottom, but was very scenic. We all loved the privacy and spectacular views.

Summary: The house is perfect and has everything you want for a great visit in Calistoga. Great views and very private and secure behind gated driveway. We loved that this owner thought of all the details including providing shampoos , detergent and charging cables. The property has everything you would need and loved the outside deck views for late night relaxing. Thank you and we will be back again!

Summary: My husband and I stayed here with our three adult children and their spouses. The first night Chef Sean prepared a delicious meal for us - I would highly recommend! We were out in the mornings to mid-afternoon with wine tastings and lunch and upon return we really enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the front and back decks, as the view from both was equally amazing. The home was beautiful and contained every amenity. On our last night, we ate at Mangia Mi in Calistoga and enjoyd a wide selection of very tasty southern Italian food. This place was perfect for the 8 of us as we enjoyed the treats Napa Valley has to offer. Thank you, Tina, for providing us with such a perfect place to stay!

Summary: This was a 25th anniversary trip for my wife and I that we enjoyed with some family. The house was fantastic with awesome views and was exactly what we were looking for as it is a short distance from town but with an out in the country feel. Views of the mountains was great with stunning sunrises and sunsets. The house was fully stocked with anything you might need, the bedrooms were perfect with each having their own temperature control and the decks were great for sitting and enjoying the great weather and socializing. We are already talking about coming back and will definitely look to stay at this property again.

Summary: We were an adult group of 8 and the home was the perfect fit. Two decks with beautiful views. A large dining table fit us all. The host provided very detailed instructions about the home as well as instructions with pictures on how to find the property. A little tricky but we didn't miss any turns. Fully stocked kitchen to include spices and condiments. The host provided a great list of ideas to visit during our stay and we definitely checked a few of them out. The best recommendation was for a personal chef whom we employed for our last night. The perfect ending to our very lovely trip in Napa. Highly recommend this home.

Summary: The location is beautiful. All essentials were stocked in the house including toiletries, kitchen spices/appliances etc. Beds were extremely comfortable and nice linens. The game room included a pool table and was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and the views were fabulous. We took lovely morning walks down road. The host provided a lovely welcome basket which was a very nice touch and thoughtful. Also, ahead of our stay, Tina sent several recommendations for dinners, drivers, and attractions. We would for sure return!!
