Negative: The exterior is a little tired looking. Curious why there was a beach picture in the room instead of wine country art. :)

Positive: Amazing little Inn - beautiful pool and jacuzzi, home made cookies at night, breakfast by the fire pit. Walk to town. Very nice staff and comfortable rooms.
