Positive: I booked this place together with my girlfriend and our best friend for our roadtrip to Poland! This place was honestly amazing and beautiful. It was clean, comfortable, had enough space and we all had our own privacy! Had the most beautifull views and spotted some wild owls in the nights!

Positive: No one welcomed us on the day we arrived. We couldnโ€™t find the key to the house. They gave us directions over the phone, and we were only able to find it after half an hour. There was only one towel in the house. We paid as 6 adults and 2 children, but there was only one towel. We rented this house because it had a jacuzzi and sauna. There was no information before the reservation that they would be extra charges. After completing the reservation and making the payment, we received an automatic message saying that if we wanted to use the sauna and jacuzzi, we had to pay 400 zloty. This information should be provided before making the payment, in the description. In this case, people are being misled. However, the barbecue area was very nice โ€” everything was there. We really liked that part. The house was generally clean, but there wasnโ€™t even a hand soap. On the morning of the last day, the stairs were covered in snow and had not been cleaned. We could have slipped and gotten injured because of that. Finally, the heating was turned off towards the morning, and it got very cold.

Positive: The remote location of the chalet is perfect, it has a beautiful mountain view and the area is very peaceful. The interiors are thoughtfully designed and well equipped. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Ideal place to stay and explore the beauty of Poland as a couple or a group. we didnโ€™t have much time to taste the homemade food yet so we would definitely consider coming back! Also something I personally loved is having a volleyball court right outside your door!
Negative: Couple of minor thing to bare in mind is that driving to the property might be a little tricky, as you could expect on hilly grounds. Also the internet connection can be weather dependant, but again itโ€™s not easily controlled by the hosts

Positive: We liked absolutely everything! The cosy house we were staying in, the surrounding beautiful garden and volleyball court. As the kitchen was really well equipped we could cook meals as we were at home. We could experience a fantastic care of the Host, and of course we also tried the jacuzzi and sauna, which as prepared exclusively for our family. Overall fantastic experience and we would recommend Villa Agnes Jacuzzi & Sauna to those travelling with families, or alone.
Negative: Nothing, fantastic place to stay in any respect.

Positive: Wonderful host Agnieszka and her family and gorgeous house. She was so nice and helpful, we are really grateful for everything. Can not even wish a better place for such an amazing weekend! We will come back for sure!
