Located at the Holiday Island complex in Tierra Verde this is the closest vacation rental to Fort Desoto Park which is a county park named one of America's Best Beaches. The complex includes a tennis court, huge heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, boat slip and launch (reserve in advance), large deck with bbq grill and picnic tables overlooking the bay with beautiful views. Summary: The location was great. We loved the close proximity to the Fort Desoto beaches!!Also convenient to downtown St Pete. Condo complex was very nice, beautiful pool and on the water. The condo was very dark. The living room furniture was really sad. Chair covers were very dirty. Sofa had little holes in it. None of it was comfortable. Kitchen was ok. Bed was comfortable and was king size. I don’t think I would rent this unit again, but I would stay at the complex.

Summary: We were very pleased with our stay. The bed was super-comfy and the decor was good. We especially enjoyed the pool on the property. I wish the online pics could have shown what the view would be from inside the condo, though. Perhaps the directions to the bikes, parking, and kayak at the Pass-A-Grille location could be clearer. 4.5
