Summary: Check in and instructions were clear, as well as instructions for street parking as there is not on site parking. Terry responded to any questions quickly and was very friendly. The place was clean and perfect for anyone to stay just a few days or even longer with the little kitchen. The only small problem we had was that it was very warm in the unit (it’s winter) but we were able to use the ac unit to cool it down (we sleep warm but if you were to always be cold, you’d love it). As other reviews say, you can hear people coming and going and the occasional foot steps above, but nothing major or disruptive. People driving by in the street were the main source of noise but you’d have that anywhere! It was a great weekend stay and we would definitely return to the same unit.

Summary: This is an adorable place with lots of charm. It’s very clean and adequately supplied with kitchen utensils, bath towels and extra bedding. My husband and I found the neighborhood to be safe, quiet, and convenient to the various things we wanted to do in and around the Boston area
