Positive: Front yard/drive and garden were great for kids. Large living area. Ample free parking. All ensuite rooms upstairs. Walking distance from the town.

Negative: No washing machine. People used drive as access to the family house out the back, not private. No toilet downstairs. Small galley kitchen.
