Positive: It was a lovely area, walking distance to Sherborne train. Bus stops 1min walk away. Lots of room and amenities. Host was lovely came and grated us and explained everything needed. Manual in the house to explain how to use TV, oven, air con etc. Host responded to issues by booking.com messaging very quickly and sorted quickly.
Negative: Little bit dated since the pics, needs bit of updating.

Positive: Location was great. Hosts very accommodating and helpful.
Negative: House was not what it appeared in photos. It was quite old and stuffy. It was very hot for that time of year and air conditioning did not really reach everywhere and you couldn’t open windows. Everyone had to sleep with their door open as you couldn’t breathe in the bedrooms otherwise. Outside area was a mess and not really usable which was a shame as it was hot.
Summary: Great area, nice hosts, old house but everything you need for a comfortable stay

Positive: We loved the quiet location and the huge amount of space inside the house. It is a characterful place to stay especially if you love art and literature. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The property managers were very quick to respond to questions and resolve a couple of issues. The kitchen was very well equipped with clear instructions.
Negative: The bathrooms could benefit from a little updating. Do be aware a security deposit is required to be paid online before receiving entry instructions.

Positive: Convenient location and surprisingly spacious house. Plenty of space for our group of 5 family members to not be on top of each other in two hotel rooms for about the same cost.
Negative: The entry keypad could be easier to use/access. Was difficult to use and we checked in after sunset. Consider using a lock box for the regular key as an alternative for entry. Refrigerator had old food/beverages from prior guests.
Summary: Large house conveniently located that was a great alternative to hotel

Positive: It really felt like home. It was a quiet respite from the busyness of Toronto, but not too far away. Well equipped kitchen.
