Well equipped two story cottage with water view on both levels. 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on main level. Huge deck off master bedroom. A screened in deck on main level for a peaceful place to sip on your morning coffee or enjoy a sunset over the water. Propane BQ and lobster pot provided. Blooming Point Beach (dog friendly)is less than a 5 minute drive to see a mile long beach with exquisite sand dunes. This area on the Island is great for golfing, fishing and biking. Charlottetown "capital city" is a 25 min drive to downtown that has many restaurants, shops and live theatre. Lots of festivals throughout the summer!
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.

Summary: We had a quiet stay during the week with 4 adults and a toddler. Plenty of room for all of us, property is actually larger than the pictures would suggest. Everything you need is provided. 2 minutes to the beach which provided endless fun for our toddler. Host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Summary: We own Kayaks and bikes, and enjoy a beach day also, this was the perfect location. One can in a day do all three B’s Beach, Boat and Bike. No wifi for two weeks was perfect for us to connect with the kids, the cottage is great well furnished and comfortable!

Summary: The pictures on VRBO really do not show how nice this place is. Lovely cabin with everything you could need except Internet (and we were glad there was none). Close proximity to a lovely beach, on a quiet road, nice though small view of the water. Nice landscaping. The only downside were the hordes of mosquitoes.

Summary: This home was perfect for our needs - spacious enough to comfortably accommodate five adults and one 4-year old. The screened in porch was lovely, there were lots of toys and games on hand for our little one, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen/dining room allowed for lots of family meals. The one drawback, as mentioned by others - the bugs were really bad this time of year. That limited our use of the beach (which was easily accessible!) but did not hamper our stay significantly. We had a great time!

Summary: Perfect cottage for us and the host was wonderful. Only one compliant there were a lot of mosquitos but they seem to be everywhere this year. I would book the cottage again 5 adults we had a wonderful time.

Summary: This was a fantastic, rustic getaway close to some amazing beaches! We actually enjoyed “unplugging” a bit and the boys ate up the VHS collection which was a fun, throwback feature! The ONLY.... and I mean ONLY downer for out week was that the mosquitos were exceptionally brutal. They seemed to calm down towards the end but that hindered more outside enjoyment. That said, the beautiful screened in area provided lots of outside views and coffee sips!

Summary: We stayed 4 nights at this property and enjoyed it very much. Beautiful screened in porch and lots of space. Lots of extras to make life easier and fun activities for kids (VHS Collection, cribbage, toys). We wish had planned on more time in PEI!

Summary: We stayed at this wonderful cottage for one week with our baby and dog. The cottage is nice and quiet with an awesome view. There is everything you need and more, including stuff for babies and children (eg rocking chair, high chair, lots of toys). It was so close to blooming point beach which was perfect for us and our dog. Also not too far to other places to visit such as Brackley beach, Cavendish and Charlottetown. Hosts were available if we needed them but we didn’t. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Beds and accommodations were good. Did not realize there was no internet or television . If we had known we would have been better prepared. We managed but lack of internet did play havoc with our lifestyle. There was no broad walk close by as we had been told either. As well our deposit has not been returned yet nor has there been any communication as to why it has not come back.
