The home is on a corner lot oriented towards the east and has ample parking for two cars plus parking for one car in a heated garage. The property is beautifully landscaped with new planting in the front and a small fruit tree orchard in the large back yard.
The exterior of the house is clad in a low maintenance finishes throughout and flows beautifully into large interior spaces with nine feet (2.7M) high ceilings. The main floor is an open plan design with a contemporary design kitchen that flows into a dinging and living room. There are three bedrooms on the main floor. The house boasts new energy efficient appliances including washer and dryer, 2 sofa beds - amend to 2 sofa sets, 2 bicycles, kettle, and toaster. In the basement there is a large recreation room ideal for karaoke and family gatherings.
The neighbourhood is very safe and is located close to a new shopping mall. It is considered a country estate with a marine theme where you can smell the salt air breezes off the ocean and hear the distant fog month in the winter months.
For those travelling by air ... the house is conveniently located nine kilometers from the International Airport and twenty minutes to Stanhope and Brackley Beaches and the Famous North Shore National Park. The community of Stratford is fifty-five kilometers to the Confederation Bridge and is also fifty-five kilometers to the mainland ferry terminal at Wood Island. We are home to the Fathers of Confederation, Ann of Green Gables, Golf Courses and endless miles of red sand beaches!

Summary: The property was in excellent condition, easy to find and had great space for a group of people. The property manager was easily accessible and great to communicate with. Due to a weather delay we needed to extend our stay and it was easily accommodated.

Summary: Our stay was lovely. Home is huge and included all the basic amenities we needed. Really enjoyed that at the end of the street there is a small waterfront.

Summary: Beautiful property! The home was large, clean, spacious and modern. The home was also in a prime location close to everything and had tons of parking for our large group. Check-in was very easy - check out was easy as well however the VRBO listing says 11 am checkout, and the instruction book in the home says 10 am SHARP, so we were a little confused about that. Otherwise, great stay and would definitely stay again!

Summary: Modern, roomy house in a good location. Just a short drive from downtown waterfront. We only spent one night, so didn't use a lot of the amenities. The ping pong table was a lot of fun. We found that one of the beds wasn't very comfortable.
