Very convenient to UVA, a variety of restaurants within a couple blocks, Scott Stadium is 4 blocks away, Fontaine Research Park, Ragged Mountain Natural Area and Rivanna Trail Head. City free trolly bus stops two blocks away making UVA grounds. The Corner, West Main dining and the downtown Mall easily accessible.

Summary: Our weekend stay could not have been better! The apartment was well appointed, adorably furnished and the perfect location for a UVA football game! Our hosts were kind and thoughtful. We had a wonderful weekend and will be back for sure!

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend getaway in Charlottesville! The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the weekend, and the location is perfect! Less than 10 minute drive to downtown and surrounding activities. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are plush and new. The kitchen is very well stocked and bathroom is updated/clean. The owner has clearly gone above and beyond to think of the little comforts of home! Would highly recommend to anyone coming for the weekend!

Summary: I rented this for family members who were helping work on a house we’re putting on the market. Check-in was very easy and they allowed for early check-in! They are very good communicators and we’re willing to add on night for us. This was a clean lovely home that I strongly recommend staying in!

Summary: Located close to UVA, this apartment has all that was needed for a weekend away. It is a lower unit so at times you hear the people upstairs, but not enough to be a major concern. Great place! Already booked again for the fall.

Summary: We rented this home because our group grew too large for our larger rental. We only used the home to sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the linens felt new. The kitchen and bathroom seemed new, but are small. We did not cook in the kitchen, so cannot comment on whether or not it is well stocked. We did not use the televisions, although each bedroom and the living room are outfitted with a TV. The Wi-Fi worked well. We received the code for the door within a half an hour of our check-in time and the keypad for the door was easy to work. There is limited parking behind the apartment, but we didn’t have any trouble parking two cars in this area. We heard the neighbors above the apartment a little bit, but for the most part the apartment was quiet. The décor is very quaint. I highly recommend staying in this home, but be prepared for a smaller space.

Summary: Communication with owners was easy; responses were quick. The apartment is very comfortable and located close to campus and restaurants. Importantly, there is off-street parking too. Everything is well stocked - soap, paper towels, etc. Kitchen is small but perfectly adequate for making breakfast each day. Bathroom is also small and has lots of nice towels. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was good. There is some noise from the living quarters over head, so this place may be challenging for a very light sleeper.
