Positive: The apartments were nice and clean, giving us plenty of privacy to rest in between trips and adventures. The host is very nice and helpful all around. The location is good, just on the other side of the road there is a public beach, maybe not the cleanest, but very convenient if you don't want to take the crowded train somewhere else. Air conditioning worked flawlessly!
Negative: More cooking utensils could be nice, the local restaurants are very good and affordable, but sometimes I appreciate to do my own cooking - even when travelling! A few knives for cutting vegetables and a cutting board would go a long way. Lights in the stairwell didn't turn on, was dark in the evening so my mom fell down the stairs and got a few bad bruises. Obviously not blaming the host or accommodation for this, just want to mention it so no other elderly woman tries on parkour in the stairwell!

Positive: Amazing view onto the beach, Great location to reach both train stations by a 15 minute walk. Extremely lovely and supportive host. A dime!
Negative: Nothing, everything was exceptional.

Positive: Vincenzo was a wonderful host and always cared about his guests. The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from Cappucini station on the Cumana train line. Coming on the Cumana line was a little difficult for foreigners, but Vincenzo explained it to me in detail. From Naples Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi), take Metro Line 2, get off at Montesanto, and transfer to another Montesanto Station of Cumana, a 2-minute walk away. Or get off at Naples Campi Flegrei and transfer to Cumana Station "Mostra," a 3-minute walk away. There is no elevator at Montesanto metro station, so if you have luggage, Mostra is more convenient. Note that the "Pozzuoli" Metro station is quite high up on the hill, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the apartment, including up some cobblestone stairs. Pozzuoli is much more relaxed than Naples, the coast is beautiful, and there is a nice sulfur smell. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything. The free breakfast was delicious bread and espresso at a nearby cafe. In the evening, Vincenzo gave me some great restaurant recommendations, which were perfect!
Negative: I had to go around 6 Tabacchi's to buy tickets because the one nearby doesn't sell tickets for Cumana. It seems you can buy them online, but it's hard for foreigners. But this is a problem that has nothing to do with this apartment or the host.
